What does the Black Cat Clapping meme mean?
A green-screen meme built on an AI-generated video of a black cat with human hands and a human smile, slowly clapping. People drop the clapping cat into their own clips and captions to sarcastically "applaud" someone, usually for doing something bad or embarrassing.
