What it means

A spin-off of the Sam Altman RAM memes. The image labels a PC builder and a PC as both saying "I consent," then adds Sam Altman saying "I don't," under the caption "Isn't there somebody you forgot to ask?" The joke is that, after Altman's remark about DRAM in home computers, building your own PC now seems to need his approval.

Origin

Posted to r/memes by u/ExpiredNegation on November 1, 2026 under the title "Y'all forgot to ask him!"; it reached #2 on the subreddit's top posts of the day. It responds to Altman's October 29, 2026 podcast remark (see the Sam Altman RAM meme page).
